5 easy ways to add your personalities into your wedding. No one wants a cookie cutter wedding now do they!
Beverage Choices
If you have a favourite tipple then why not speak to your bar to see if they can source it for you. It could be something which reminds you of your holidays or your preferred beer. Personalising your drinks whether that be through sourcing something different or naming your cocktails adds another element of you into your day.
Food Choices
You spend a good proportion of your time eating so why not make your menu something you truly love. What’s your favourite restaurant? What do you love to eat at the weekend? Do you have a guilty pleasure? Ask your caterer if they can incorporate these faves into your menu. I’m sure they would be happy to accommodate!
Styling Details
You can add your personalities in a number of different ways from scenting your rooms to adding pops of colour and décor or stationery which gives a glimpse into your past times. Why not name your tables after your love of mountains, fave foods or past holiday designations? Love alpacas? Why not have them feature on your name cards or as a wedding cake topper? You get the gist.
Your Attire
You want to feel like you on your wedding day so choose your outfit to match your personalities. Not an all-white kind of person? Then add a pop of colour, get some jazzy shoes or throw tradition out the window all together. There is no right way to dress on your wedding day, you set the rules.
Music Choices
Make a playlist which contains all your favourite songs. The ones you know will get everyone up dancing all night long. Don’t feel you have to have a ‘generic’ playlist. Pick a band or DJ who will listen to your suggestions and make sure they are included.
