YOUR WEDDING IS UNIQUE
Helping you to create a wedding full of exquisite details.
The Process
01. Besppoke Questionnaire
This questionnaire is designed to identify your likes, dislikes, personalities and priorities. Once completed we will arrange an initial consultation to discuss your must haves, the elements you can’t imagine your wedding without. These will help to inform your supplier sourcing going forward.
02. Supplier Sourcing
I create a shortlist of suppliers who complement your wedding priorities. Once you’ve chosen your team I will secure quotations and contracts ready for you to review. I will act as the point of contact for all your suppliers reducing the amount of time you spend on your emails.
03. Supplier coordination
Approximately 6 weeks prior I’ll be in touch with your team of suppliers to confirm the details of your wedding. This gives me plenty of time to make sure we have everything accounted for and to finalise any outstanding details.
04. On the day
I make sure I’m available the day prior to help set up, as well as on the day to coordinate your wedding. I’m normally the 1st on site and the last to leave (no I don’t leave after your 1st dance!) to make sure everything runs smoothly and to plan, just how you imagined it.
