The Process

01. InITIAL CONSULTATION

This is a detailed consultation designed to identify your likes, dislikes, personalities and priorities. This will help build the foundation of your planning going forward and will inform the venues we view and suppliers we shortlist. We will also discuss your budget and wedding style in detail to make sure everything aligns with your wedding vision going forward.

02. VENUE & Supplier SOURCING

I will create a shortlist of venues and suppliers which complement your unique requirements. I will secure quotations and contracts ready for you to review and will accompany you during viewings and consultations to help make sure no detail gets overlooked.

03. No Detail too small

I will be there throughout the whole planning process to offer support, reassurance and guidance. I will act as the point of contact for all your suppliers reducing the amount of time you spend in calls and responding to emails.

04. ON THE DAY

I make sure I’m available the day prior to help set up, as well as on the day to coordinate your wedding. I’m normally the 1st on site and the last to leave (no I don’t leave after your 1st dance!) to make sure everything runs smoothly and to plan, just how you imagined it.

It is impossible to write a sufficiently glowing review for Hannah! We booked her to help with on the day coordination but she was SO much more than that. She worked with us from the moment we booked her (months out) ensuring we had every last detail covered, and her insanely detailed function sheets are just incredible. She took so much time to understand exactly what we envisaged for our day, and what was important to us, and was there to make sure our suppliers delivered on that, both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. Hannah’s attention to detail setting up our tables was second to none – I had a very clear (slightly pedantic) vision of what I wanted and she delivered on that perfectly – she is a perfectionist! She went above and beyond on the day going well beyond her agreed scope of work, even organising our reception brass band to play our walk-in song as a last minute surprise (a total highlight for us).
