On The Day
Someone who gets your vision
It is likely that you will have lots of questions on the lead up to your wedding and would like some help refining the little details. You may also want to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day without being the one responsible for managing all the logistics and timings. My on the day coordination service is perfect at helping you to achieve this. I want you to feel confident that everything has been accounted for and no detail has been missed as you approach your wedding. That’s why we will ideally start working together no later than 6 months prior to your day, so we have time to go through your unique plans in detail and identify any areas which may benefit from some extra consideration.
Areas you may benefit from help with
- Checking you haven’t forgotten anything
- Making sure everything is logistically feasible
- Creation of your timeline to make sure each element of your wedding flows from one moment to the next
- Establishing your suppliers’ requirements such as catering facilities, power, water, and refrigeration.
- Setting up your wedding the day prior, making sure everything is in the correct place
- The coordination of your suppliers and making sure they have all the correct information prior to your wedding day
- Someone onsite on your wedding day to oversee the logistics and timings of your day so you don’t have to
Not your average on the day coordinator
I take a very detailed approach in everything I do and that’s why I start working with you from the moment you book.
You are likely to have lots of questions on the lead up to your wedding. You may also need a bit of help pulling together the details of your day or there could be certain elements which need refining to make sure everything runs smoothly. If these details are left to the last few weeks before your wedding then it may be too late to do anything about them. That’s why I like to work with my couples 6 months prior rather than 6 weeks!
Here is what you can expect when working with me
- A complimentary enquiry consultation (prior to booking) to discuss the details of your day and any areas you may like help
- A detailed initial planning consultation (upon booking) to discuss all your plans so far, any questions you may have, and help to identify any areas which may need extra consideration or finalising
- A site visit to review the logistics and styling elements of your wedding
- Timeline and function sheet creation – a detailed and bespoke plan of your wedding
- A final details consultation prior to the start of your supplier coordination
- Full supplier coordination on the lead up to your wedding, during set up and on the day itself
- Help with setting up your wedding the day prior
- Attendance on site on your wedding day to manage all the logistic and timings
Your Wedding is unique
Here to make sure no detail gets overlooked
The Process
01. Initial Consultation
Upon booking we will arrange an initial consultation either face-to-face or over zoom to go through everything you’ve planned to date. You can ask me any questions you like and I can help to double check everything is on track. Following our consultation I will then start creating your function sheet and timeline.
02. site visit
This give us the opportunity to meet on site to discuss the logistic of your set up and the day itself. We can go through your styling, how your day will run and any key considerations we might need to be mindful of going forward.
03. supplier coordination
Approximately 6 weeks prior I’ll be in touch with your team of suppliers to confirm the details of your wedding. This gives me plenty of time to make sure we have everything accounted for and to finalise any outstanding details.
04. on the day
I make sure I’m available the day prior to help set up, as well as on the day to coordinate your wedding. I’m normally the 1st on site and the last to leave (no I don’t leave after your 1st dance!) to make sure everything runs smoothly and to plan, just how you imagined it.
