Here are the 5 things you need to include in your enquiry emails to potential wedding suppliers. Helping you and your suppliers to get all the information you/they need first time round.
Numbers
It’s helpful to give an indication of your guest numbers. Some suppliers services will vary depending on the amount of guests you are inviting. So, make sure to inform them of your day and evening guest count.
Date
Lot’s of people forget to include this one! Suppliers need to know your date so they can check their availability. Not just the year or month, the actual date you want to book them for.
Location
It’s important to share where you are getting married. It’s helpful to tell suppliers your ceremony and reception location. They will need to be aware if these are at different venues. It also provides a little insight into the structure of your day.
Package
Which package or service would you like to know more about? It’s important to share what service or package you are considering as it helps us to identify what you are wanting support with. We can also make sure we are the right fit for what you are hoping to achieve.
Names
Please share both of your names! We like to know who we are talking to and want you both to feel included in our correspondence. Not just the person who was tasked with emailing.
